It’s a beautiful snowy day in Toronto – the icicles are hanging quite precariously off shingles and there is a lovely nip in the air.

And, oh yes, it’s Valentine’s Day – a lovely commercial holiday to celebrate love. The last time I celebrate this day was in 3rd grade when I gave my mommy a homemade heart. Since then nary a box of chockies or flowers given by me or received by me.

I believe tonight, after work, I shall emmerse myself in a lovely and luxurious lavendar bubble bath with a champagne flute of diet coke and toast this most wonderful time of the year.
