Nurse
Kim rang yesterday. She is not discharging me today. She is being a worry-wart and won’t discharge me until I see my surgeon in mid-October; until then I get the pleasure of seeing Kim’s happy, shiny face once a week.
My Hole
Kim, my nurse, showed up today to check on any potential damage done to my hole while I was away on holidays. Good news! The hole is closed and Kim will be discharging me this coming Friday. Huzzah!
Quietly Optimistic
